TRAINING

We feel that all safety hazards can be avoided with proper training, planning and implementation of correct procedures. If at any time an employee feels unsafe, they have the authority to stop their work. At EPS, if we plan safe we work safe and if we work safe we go home safe. No job is too important to disregard proper safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

At EPS, we are constantly striving to create the best possible safety environment for our employees, customers, and partners. Safety is a condition of employment for EPS, and everyone - from the President of the company down - is expected to incorporate our safety programs into each task performed.

TESTING

At EPS, our highest priority is to protect our most valuable resources: our employees. It is our goal to provide every employee with a safe, healthy, and productive workplace with safety at the forefront of every decision we make.

TRACKING

EPS continues to have a strong commitment to workplace safety and over the past few years we have made tremendous strides towards advancing our Safety Program while making it a fundamental part of our operations. EPS is a member of ISNetworld and PICS.

SAFETY

OUR GOAL FOR SAFETY IS ZERO ACCIDENTS

To achieve our goal, we provide and implement a policy for safety which helps to ensure the safety of our employees. Our safety committee is comprised of management, supervision and craftsmen. The committee meets once a month to guide safety policy, review claims, review and resolve issues related to safety. Projects employ a project safety individual or committee to assist supervision with required meetings, enforcement and planning.
